DMCA Notice

Fox Jersey respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

• A. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

• B. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

• C. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (including specific URLs).

• D. Your address, telephone number, and email address.

• E. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• F. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

• A. Your physical or electronic signature.

• B. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

• C. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• D. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Miami, Florida, if your address is outside the U.S.).

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Fox Jersey has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
